How much money is involved is always the question. It was with Unilever as well, because it never got officially out what the deal was. It was only assumed. Same goes with ROKiT.
But that all doesn't matter. Fact the matter is that people, also up this board, are always complaining about the type of sponsors Williams gets onboard.
Whilst the team is still there and the money is still enough to keep on going. So there must be merit in what Mike, Claire and Frank pull out of their hats. And that, as hardened Williams fans, should we embrace instead of criticize or mourn. It's business. Sponsors come and go. But as long as your car isn't as empty as Haas' then I think we are okay.

Surely people complain about sponsors brought in by pay drivers.PDVSA, Orlen or Sofina, yes they can add to a base of team's sponsors. But when the team is run by them, we will be in trouble. That's the route Minardi went as far as I can remember.

You can always bring in pay drivers but the value behind a deal with a Martini or Rexona is way more. With them you know you will get the money, no matter if that driver is good enough or not, whether he wants to keep racing or not.

That's a big issue and quite normal for fans to moan about them.

Do you think Haas is empty cause they couldn't attract a Kubica/Latifi line-up? Surely their sponsors and drivers themselves were more eager to join them than Williams and fill the livery with Orlen and Sofina stickers. They don't do it cause Gene is injecting money into him team and avoids pay drivers atm...It's their choice, not a must for them.

With PDVSA there was no question if the money would be transferred or not. Neither with PKN Orlen. And getting yourself into sponsors that are tied to drivers, there is a certainty they will leave if their sponsored driver is gone. But that is the way sponsors work these days. There are not many drivers that do not bring sponsors that are slapped onto racing suits or the car themselves. But money is money. And if it's Russian, Norwegian, American, Venezuelan or Turkmenistan money, that doesnt matter. Because it is money.
And yes Ihme, banking another 25 million would be nice. But even with the low payout of constructors money, we still are likely to break even compared to 2019 if the experts up here are right with the amount of money involved considering the placement of the logos on the car.

@Francesc the sidepods had Rokit in black lettering same as the nosecone black Rokit logo

The Lavazza brand was above Rokit on the engine cover in black , on the top of the airbox side on.

couldn't see the wings..

The colors of the livery and logo doesn't say anything. The placement does. ROKiT beverages have indeed taken over the void of Unilever.

There are some stickers on the outside wall of rear wing. You can see it in the reflection on the wall in first picture.
Though not sure if it's a new sponsor or not.

Small presence by Latifi's sponsors.I think we all expected more from those 2.

Also I don't know what is the logic behind Nissany's test seat if he hasn't brought a good money! Where are those Israeli sponsors then?!

So afterall Latifi is bringing the same amount of cash Orlen did last year. As Lavazza, Sofina and RBC are taking the spots where Orlen was: nose, roll hoop and rear of rear wing.

And Rokit is gapping the money lost with Rexona leaving.
On the races where alcohol advertising is banned we will have Rokit all over the car.

On the press release it says Nissany's sponsor will only appear on the races where he will drive.

Wasn't Orlen also on both wing mirrors?

True. But maybe instead of mirrors Latifi is getting an sticker on the halo.
