Let's see confirmed players in our 25-man squad with 8 no homegrown players:

#1 - Martinez (homegrown 1)
#2 - Leno
#3 - Macey (homegrown 2)

#4 - Bellerin (homegrown 3)
#5 - Chambers (homegrown 4)
#6 - Soares
#7 - Mari
#8 - Luiz
#9 - Mustafi
#10- Sokratis
#11- Kolasinac
#12- Tierney

#13 - AMN (homegrown 5)
#14 - Xhaka
#15 - Ozil
#16 - New buy or Ceballos?
#17 - Willock (homegrown 6)
#18 - Guendouzi or new DCM or ACM?

#19 - Pepe
#20 - Lacazette or new buy?
#21 - Aubameyang or new buy?
#22- Nketiah (homegrown 7)
#23- Nelson (homegrown 8)
#24- Martinelli
#25- Smith Rowe (homegrown 9)

Who will leave to make room in the 25-man squad?

Too many CB and there is no room for Holding and Zech Medley.

Unless all those Under-21 players do not count in the 25-man squad and every club cna field unlimited number of Under-21 players in the squad?

Sokratis, Kolasinac, Mustafi and Ozil will not lave and planned to see out their contract with Arsenal FC.

Why no mention of Saliba, Torreira, and Saka?

Tierney counts as homegrown, the definition includes the home Nations

Arteta on his team's first away victory at a club above them in the Premiership since September 2015 at Leicester.

I thought this last year but unfortunately players who came through Scottish academies don't count towards the homegrown quota.

Scottish people do not class as homegrown. Unless they were at a Welsh or English academy before their 18th birthday.

Saka and Saliba are Under-21 and are not considered in 25-man squad quota.
Torrreira most likely be sold this summer when he is in demand in Italy.

The official FA includes only England and Wales.
