Italian home win. Might make our away trip easier?? A win and we could secure an away quarter final. Against the best winners. Who will be Leinster. Sigh.

Maybe makes our win at Benetton look a little better, or just reinforces the fact French teams donít play well away from home.
Do find that old saying a bit comical now though, as most French teams are full of non French players!

Were that to come to pass, you'd like to think we'd have a number of players back from injury and be able to put out something more like what our 'cup final' team would be!

Lyon are not interested in Europe, the only game they have ever won is Benetton at home over two years of qualification.

Having said that it is still not a given they will just roll over and give up at home but they might. Probably better to use it as an experience for the young players than go all out if any are carrying knocks (which is always the case).

Leinster struggled a little against the Italians so don't think it'll be an easy game for you. Depends on what side you put out I guess. Meanwhile its a great result for Leinster as now the French will be even less interested.
