I remember growing up and them being a top French team, real giants. They disappeared and I never paid it much thought, but watching them play Bristol in a lovely stadium, with just a few supporters watching in the 2nd tier competition, what happened to them?

Perpignan, Biarritz as well, where’ve they gone !

Stade Francais has always been apart in French Rugby.
They have their own history, a bit different of the other clubs.
The problem now is that a german milionaire has bought the club, and sacked everybody, ignoring the past.
He wanted a south african coach, south african staff, and south african palyers....
The result is now a disaster, the coach Heyneke Meyer has been sacked...and all his staff.
Former players of the club are in charge of the training...
A shame.

Guess that shows the flip side of having a rich owner come in and doing what he wants with a club. That’s a shame for their fans.
Should be a warning to those wanting to get rid of the Salary cap over here and force clubs to seek out rich foreign owners, selling the clubs soul in the process.

Just watching the Montpellier vs Toulouse game replay this morning & and looks like Louis Picamoles might of played his last ever game with a horrible knee injury, shame to finish that way!
