9	FIXTURES AND SQUAD	EC	LS	IT	TG
i	Squad Capping	Y
	a) Squad payments for season to 31^st March in which promotion is earned must comply with PR squad capping rules & regulations.	Y
	b) Club must contract with PR to comply with approved PR squad capping policy	Y
ii	Club must compete in competitions which PR have agreed to participate in in the Long Form Agreement. Ongoing - U21/U19 & 2nd XV	Y		Y
iii	Squads must comply with IRB & RFU competition rules & regulations.	Y
iv	Squads must comply with the EQP scheme.	Y
v	Club must have & maintain appropriate player insurance cover. Ongoing - Ingregrated policy & Conformity	Y	Y
vi	Club must comply with English Elite Player Scheme		Y
vii	Club must comply with Professional Rugby Players code of conduct		Y
viii	Club must comply with code of conduct re officials & coaches & public criticism of referees, ER, PR, PR Clubs (bringing game into disrepute)		Y

i	Club must:
	a) Nominate representative by 31st March who, on promotion, would join the PR Board	Y
	b) Maintain representative on PR Board		Y
ii	Club must sign PR Code of Conduct by 31 March	Y
iii	Club must notify PR Chairman within 7 days of becoming aware of breach or that breach of standards is likely to occur		Y
iv	Club must produce annual criteria compliance certificate & allow PR's auditors to inspect & report on its compliance		Y
v	Club must sign Premier Rugby Shareholders Agreement	Y
vi	Club must
	a) Comply with Clause 24.2 of LFA &	Y
	b) any promoted club must sign Deed of Adherence of Long Form Agreement	Y
