With Wolves place in the Play-Off confirmed and Leicester`s quest for Premiership Football complete, it was somewhat of a part atmosphere at Molineux.

The game marked the end of an era` for Leicester City Goalkeeper Tim Flowers as he hung up his gloves after what can only be described as a superb football career.

Flowers is out of contract at the Walkers Stadium in the summer and plans to become a goalkeeping coach. It is fitting that the Ex-England goalkeeper ended his career at Molineux as it was as a Wolves player his superb career began, almost 19 years ago.

 Tim Flowers, a life-long Wolves fan made his debut as a Teenager at Molineux in 1984 before making 613 appearances as a professional player, winning 11 caps for his country, winning the Premiership title with Blackburn and spending 7 years with Southampton.

Flowers came on as a substitute for the last 10 minutes of the game for Leicester and received a standing ovation form all inside Molineux.

 Talking to the News Of The World today Flowers reflects on his time as a Wolves player.

"I`m not sure whether many of the Wolves fans will remember me" said the 36 year old.

"I have some very fond memories of the club. Tommy Docherty gave me my first team debut and we drew 2-2 against Sheffield United."

"Molineux was a bit different then from what it is now. Wolves had just started to decline and the old stadium was a bit of a ramshackle. There was water leaking through the roof cockroaches running around the dressing room."

"I will always be grateful for Wolves for giving me my start in Football and they will always be special to me. My big wish is that they join Leicester in the Premiership next season by winning the Play-Offs"

Flowers made the end to his career in a game which lacked flair and aggression.

 Miller and and Brian Deane both had good chances for either teams in the first half, but neither made the most of their chances in what was a dull and boring first half.

 The second half was a bit more lively and it was Miller who scored the opening goal - and a goal to remember it was.

 Miller picked the ball up 50yrds from goal on the right wing, sprinted towards the middle of the goal, outplaying 3 Leicester defenders before knocking the ball past Walker in the Leicester goal.

 Wolves then had more chances to double the lead, but failed on each attempt. Miller went close with a header, the impressive Cameron went close after sprinting half the field to get a shot in and Irwin came close with a Free-Kick which went just past the far post.

 The game however was leveled after 89 minutes when a disputed penalty was scored by Trevor Benjamin.
