Wolverhampton Wanderers today signed Nigerian International defender Isaac Okoronkwo on what is believed to be a one year contract.

Author: Scott Cooper Wolverhampton Wanderers today signed Nigerian International defender Isaac Okoronkwo on what is believed to be a one year contract. As wolvesfc.co.uk reported on the 4th of June Wolves had been keeping a strong eye on the Nigerian World Cup star and were in a tussle with Newcastle United after Okoronkwo impressed on trial at St James Park. Isaac Okoronkwo is a 25 year old Central Defender who can also play at the Right Back position. He was one of the star players in the Nigerians World Cup Campaign and played in the draw against England and signed from Ukraine side Shaktar Donetsk.
