Manchester United have a whole host of players looking to damage Wolves. The main threat may come from the Midfield Man Roy Keane and Ruud Van Nistlerooy.

Should Emerson complete his transfer in time for the game then he will be looking to impress on the biggest stage of all.

The Verdict

.This is a glamour game, and this is the fixture everyone looks at on the fixture list when they are first released.

Being in the Premiership allows Wolves to play the Manchester United and Arsenals of this world, rather than the Grimsby`s and Crewe`s, however, instead of looking forward to this game, the general feeling around Molineux is one of dread.

Wolves must improve their general play and performance by about 200% should Wolves even keep the against column below 5.

Should Wolves continue to play in the manner they did against Blackburn and Charlton, then, without any shadow of a doubt, Wolves will be thrashed.

Taking something from the game, in theory, is Wolves main objective, however keeping the score down and putting in a respectable performance is the real objective.

Wolves are still without Joleon Lescott, Mark Kennedy and Kenny Miller whilst Matt Murray should be fit, despite missing Saturdays defeat at Charlton with a bad back.

Emerson hopes to complete his move in time for the game, and should he do so, fans would expect the Brazilian to start.
