Clijsters gets engaged to Hewitt

Former World Number Ones Kim Clijsters and Lleyton Hewitt are engaged and set to marry in the new year although a date is not concrete as of yet.

The pair who have been dating since 2000 are always constantly supporting each other in every way they can on and off the tour.

They were reported to have got engaged at this years French Open on the Eiffel Tower but this time it was in Sydney Harbour and on a cruise ship.

Hewitt and Clijsters will both miss next years Olympics in Athens which could prompt them to tie the knot during that time of the year.

Clijsters still only 20 and Hewitt 22 are extremely popular on the tour and should make a very happy couple. Hopefully the Aussies will support Kim during next months Australian Open to lift her first Grand Slam title.
