Was it the Grand Slams? Was it the Triple Plays or the Strikeouts? Was it because of the atmosphere in the ballparks or the allstar ballplayers? Or was it simply that you were born into baseball-loving family? Tell us, in your own words, how did you become interested in the great game of baseball?

Well where should I begin, the game baseball first caught my eye when I saw my very first All-Star Game, it was and still is my most favoured moment in time that I can remember since I was a little boy.

For most people it is the atmosphere in the ballpark that they enjoy, but for me I must confess that the reason that I love the game so much comes from the way the players play the game, I know it sounds a bit silly but for all I care the ballpark could be completely empty with only me and the players in it and I would still enjoy the game as much as if there was thousands of people there with me, all that I need from a ballgame is the players to play to the best of their ability.

I have never been to a baseball game in my life, in fact at school I used to try and get out of playing it in our sports lessons because I used to think that it was, how can I put this, oh yes "Glorified Rounders".

But now that I've seen the game how it should be played, I know now that it isn't "Glorified Rounders", in fact it is a fantastic game and I am glad that I can say that I follow the game of baseball whereever it may take me.
