Bees will be disappointed by their performance last week when a weakened team put out a poor performance against a London Welsh side that really should have been beaten. Hopefully an influx of more first team regulars will mean that Bees will create yet another double of home and away wins.

Former Nottingham University lock Charlie Danielle will hopefully be back for the Bees.

Danielle has spent the season on-loan at National Two strugglers Moseley but he has been recalled from his loan period to help ease Pertemps Bees' injury problems.

Two locks, skipper Ed Orgee and Alex Davidson, are sidelined by injury at the moment and Pertemps Bees had no specialist second row cover for last Saturday's league defeat by London Welsh at Sharmans Cross Road.

Danielle is likely to come into the squad for the rearranged National One game against Bedford at Goldington Road on Saturday, his first senior outing in a year.

Pertemps Bees are also likely to welcome back fly-half Mark Woodrow, prop Terry Sigley and full-backs Dave Knight who were all rested for the London Welsh game.

Centre Mike Davies faces a fitness test on the ankle injury he aggravated in the Powergen Cup defeat at Newcastle.

Bedford will be without Jon Phillips who has been recalled by Northampton Saints but Kramer Ronaki, the hooker should be available following his red card against Coventry. His appeal will be heard on the 20th of April. This is a strong Bedford side, with a false league position, that Bees should respect especially with their motivating victory over relegation threatened Coventry. Tom Kirk and Dom Malone scored for the Blues and Ali Hepher scored 5 kicks.

Ali Hepher- Relatively dependable kicker with a good pass. He can set the Bedford backs running.

Ben Whetstone- Strong runner, leading try scorer this year, and leading Nat 1 try scorer for 97-98. Only on the bench for Bedford.
