England produced a wonderful bowling performance to see of the olde enemy and strike the first blow of a busy summer against Australia, and also kick start their Champions Trophy campaign...
After a slow start to the innings, a decent cameo from Ravi Bopara saw England set the Aussies 270 to win, and with James Anderson again on form, the home side were not in the mood to let Australia off the hook and snatch the win, and so win by 48 runs at Edgbaston.
