Town slumped to a 5-1 defeat against West Bromwich Albion at Portman Road earlier today, Kevin Phillips getting a hat-trick.

Kamara got the first for the visitors on 29 minutes when his low and powerful shot went past Lewis Price, Town equalized 7 minutes later when Curtis Davies tackled Billy Clarke only for the ball to hit Chris Perry and go in.

 

Kevin Phillips was allowed a free header to make 2-1 in the 40^th minute which is how it stayed until he scored his second goal of the game on 54 minutes when he headed in Gera’s cross.

 

Phillips then turned provider for Albion’s 4^th goal when he set up Kamara who rounded Lewis Price to slot the ball home. Phillips completed his hat-trick with seconds to go when he found the back of the net from 20 yards.
