Report: Palace 2-0 Town

A goal either side of half time saw Town lose 2-0 against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park earlier today.

The home side took the lead after 33 minutes when Leon Cort headed home a Danny Butterfield cross.

 

The 2^nd goal came in the 51^st minute after Town failed to properly deal with a corner and Paul Ifill fired home.

 

Palace finished the game with 10 men after Tom Soares was shown a red card for violent conduct. Alan Lee picked up his 10^th booking of the season soon after so will miss the games against Leicester and Watford.
