PMM: Town 0-1 Wolves

Town manager Jim Magilton has again bemoaned Town’s lack of cutting edge following Town’s 1-0 defeat to Wolves.

Jim: “It was just that cutting edge that was missing.

 

“I can't fault the players' commitment and they just have to keep believing in themselves.

 

“We have to keep going, keep working hard until we get a break. We just need a goal, a little bit of luck to go our way, a shot to go in off someone's backside.

 

“I can take plenty of positives from the performance and thought Jon Walters and Alan Lee combined well, Owen Garvan got his foot on the ball when he came on and Danny Haynes looked sharp.

 

“We did everything but get the result but we are in the results business and it's my job to put that right.

 

“I know we are not far away and I've got to get them going again. I have got plenty of belief in my players and they have to pick themselves up and have belief in themselves.”
