Grenoble 12 Falcons 19

Falcons beat Grenoble 19-12 in a tense bad tempered affair which ended with the Irish ref being escorted off the pitch. There were stretchers and yellow cards in abundance and it promises a volatile return match.

If you want a flavour of the match go to the Message Board and look through the thread posted as it happened. Its better than anything I could do.

By the way Brotherstopne scored a try and Jonny got the rest.
