Quinssa Meet The Academy Evening: 31st January '06

Quinssa are delighted to announce another evening event at The Twickenham Stoop on Tuesday 31st January. It will be a chance to hear the latest about the Quins Academy and meet their management and some of the players who are the future of NEC Harlequins.

Quinssa first held a Meet the Academy evening in October 2003, it was the first event in association with the Club that Quinssa held after it was set up in March 2003, and since that time Quinssa have always supported the Academy with Quinssa Bursaries to promising young players.

Again Tony Russ (Academy Manager) and Collin Osborne (Academy Head Coach) will be there and this season they will be joined by three Academy players Alex Rogers (prop), George Robson (lock) and Charlie Amesbury (wing) as well as the two visiting players from the Natal Sharks Academy.

Tony and Collin will update us on the current happenings in the Academy; George Robson will talk about his experience in South Africa in the Natal Sharks Academy; Alex Rogers will talk about his experiences in the U19 World Cup and Charlie Amesbury will talk about his experiences at the Dubai 7s.

There will be an announcement of an exciting new development in the relationship between Quinssa and the Academy.

The event is open to all, it will be free to Quinssa members and will be just £2 to non-members, you will also be able to join on the evening for the standard rate of £5 per year.

The bar will be open.

7:30 for 8pm, Tuesday 31st January 2006, Legends Lounge (1st floor, Lexus Stand), The Twickenham Stoop.

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE IT IS NOW BEING HELD IN THE LEGENDS' LOUNGE ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE LEXUS/WEST STAND, ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN RECEPTION BEHIND THE LEXUS/WEST STAND AND TAKE THE LIFT OR STAIRS TO THE FIRST FLOOR. PLEASE DON'T TRY TO GET THROUGH THE MEMBERS' BAR AS THE COLLEGE WILL BE USING IT FOR AN EXAM.
