Blues Hold Out For £6.5m+

Jermaine Pennant . Has been linked with every single club that finished higher than Birmingham City but it seems that we are holding out for a significant figure that most clubs wouldn't be willing to pay. Liverpool offered way below the asking price.

Transfer rumours suggest that Jermaine Pennant could well be heading off to Liverpool as reported about a year ago one of Birminghams brightest prospects could be set to leave.



But not on the cheap as it seems. Liverpools bid of 3.5m was laughed of by Karren Brady and rumours have surfaced that the asking price is 6.5m plus add ons . Personally i think we should keep hold of Pennant as he is willing to stay and could well be the difference between automatic promotion and play-offs.
