wrong decision to restrict it to season ticket holders which meant it was never likely to prove a meaningful test , I am sure I am not the only one who would have liked to attend but could not due to this stipulation .

I don't think it was in the end. We were just given a ticket outside for the turnstile. Nobody checked anything.

I hope they will complete/re-think a couple of things:

1. I hope they will render the concourse as it currently looks and feels too cold and uninviting.

2. I feel that the Alcohol and food should be sold as a separate entity's as you now have enough outlets to make this happen.

3. Where you have the seats at the very top of the steps and they jut out due to the uprights being there i think this may cause a health and safety issue when people are trying to get past the person sat in the said seat. The gap is so small it will only take a slight nudge and the person may become unstable and topple onto the supporters below.

4. Yes some of the views are compromised near the vomitories though i think these are being addressed.

5. there is too much silicone used in the men's and women's toilets. It seems to me the builders have been lazy with the butting up of corners and thus used what i can describe as wadding's of the stuff to fill it all in. Not very nice at all as the spell was quite overwhelming.

And of course there is probably a snagging list longer than 5 lengths of the rugby pitch.

However, a much improved and up to date stadium only time will tell how everything will work and not work.

Pay attention Old Rascal.

I think there's more work to do in the concourse.

Having read the quotes of modifying the vomitories, does anything one know if this also applies to the Lower Dolman. They originally invite for this session said the Dolman would be open, but the later announcements said only the South Stand so not worth a 60 mile round trip. My new ST is in the back row of the lower Dolman at the end of the row, but from what I can work out from the webcam on Bris Sport it looks like these seats will have severely restricted views.

Likewise didn't go on Friday (a) because my route in was gridlocked due to balloons and (b) my ST is in the new seats at the Dolman and the Dolman was not open.

I have a seat in an equivalent position to yours Graham and share your concerns. Interestingly all the seats in the back rows of the Lower Domlan blocks were not available to purchase for the Cardiff match when I logged in at 10:30 this morning. Either sold already or still being worked on?

Aren't the lower dolman and sides of upper dolman still unrestricted??? in which case you can sit wherever you want.

Just turn up I would.

I believe its only the sides of both lower and upper Dolman now. Could be wrong, but my season ticket is Lower Dolman and an allocated seat.

Mine has an allocated seat number but previously I was lower dolman which was unallocated and yet also had a seat number on it.
To be frank I have moved that many times I've lost the plot.

I was pretty sure that mine is unallocated but thought I could sit in any lower dolman seat.

The Cardiff game is all unallocated.

For all other games this season in the Dolman stand it is only the wings which are unallocated (upper and lower Dolman) - by 'wings' they mean the blocks with 'B', 'R', 'O' and 'L'.

We have tickets in the Dolman wings and we had to select a seat, but it is not allocated to us. We can sit in any of the seats in those blocks.

Does that make sense?!

That's a complete surprise to me. Did you get this info from the ticket office because I can't see it written anywhere? I bought a seat close as possible to my season ticket seat, to see what the view is like, but seems like I may find I wont be able to sit there anyway.

Shame there isn't a reduction for season ticket holders.

Just in case anyone is now confused about the Lower Dolman, in terms of the ticket allocation there is no such thing as the Lower Dolman any more, each block has an id that applies to the complete block top to bottom. As can be seen in current Ground layout from the offy. or the layout that used with the ST announcement that shows the unreserved areas with **

So for the regular season matches only the wings of the Dolman (Upper and Lower in old money) are unallocated after the fans revolt. I wonder how they will steward it, else I can see there being a lot of arguments.
