·       Car Boot Sales

·       Justin would like all supporters to send in Case Studies of some good stories surrounding Season Tickets e.g. Bath supporters buying some, or a person persuading their rugby club to buy 30+.... anything will do, he wants to then publicise it in the EP etc...

·       Volunteers needed for collection buckets at the USA game and volunteers to run a raffle (winner of raffle gets a Season Ticket (!) Ceedee will coordinate

·       A letter from the supporters to be sent out to all contacts in the clubs marketing database (about 15, 000 people) asking for support...stating our own reasons as supporters why we think they should support the scheme

·       A letter to be sent by the supporters to Gordan Lovell (chairman of ex-players society) asking for support (apparently 90 ex-players from this society are coming to the Wasps game

·       Justin and Mike Turner would like all supporters to forward corporate details of your places of work (if possible) to aide in ensuring we get as many companies to support the scheme as possible

·       Flyer distribution will continue as normal for the remaining home games - Justin now has a contact who can supply flyers for free. This time flyers will advertise match on one side and advertise 5000 club on the other. There will also be a small coupon attached to use to send your personal details to the club.

·       A 'market stall' will be set up in the centre of Broadmead (and The Mall if possible). It will potentially include the Mitsubishi Caravan, will have large Bristol Shoguns banners and a large Keep Bristol in Bristol banner, Mitsu will be available to support it and some 1st team players should (dependent on Justin) come and stand on the stall. Will also be balloons, tattoos, and the enormous blow up Bristol shirt (if feasible). Stall will have 5000 club leaflets and will be manned at all times by volunteer supporters who will strive to sell the scheme to the interested public

·      LCD Display in Broadmead is still possible - Vorny and Happy Lad are trying to negotiate a deal

·      Happy Lad to organise an abseil, object to be descended still to be decided with a Keep Bristol in Bristol banner

CLUB ACTIONS:

 ·     Club to promote the option of using a Bristol Shoguns credit card to pay for your ST...this will give the club the money up front and          allow the purchaser to pay off bit-by-bit.
