Oooh! What do I do now?

Blimey, what am I going to wiffle on about now? I need something to keep us ticking along for another week or so.

 

 

 

There’s been very little happening on the board, with the most lively thread perhaps being the “Where have all the posters gone?” one, normally a symptom of the summer months. The players have presumably had a bit of a break, but not too much I hope, and will be refreshed and on top form to welcome Saints next weekend. Then I can get back to proper match reports.

Not only that, but I keep us ticking over in the summer by reflecting the season which has just finished, looking at new signings, saying thank you to departing players, finding out where we are off to in next season’s European competition, making a delusional prediction about our performance in the forthcoming season, and so on. But I can’t do any of that, either.

The Six Nations has rather passed me by too, as usual. I’m normally out and about on Saturdays and Sundays, so if we change our game day next season, I guess I’ll have to shuffle my weekend arrangements and negotiate a whole bunch of passouts. But I’ll wait and see.

Well, what do you know? I have managed to find a couple of hundred words about nothing in particular, which is hopefully enough to keep the board running. Back next week.
