Sale sign Graeme Bond

Sale have signed Brumbies and Australia winger Graeme Bond. He is 28 years old and has played five tests for Australia, scoring one try against Spain.

Brumbies are a top Super 12 side and last year Bond played in every one of their matches.

Wordsmith Steve Diamond said of the signing: "It shows we really mean business."

Mel Deane has also signed on the dotted line for another two years. After the rumours of his impending departure, that is great news.
