La Vie en Rose
Tom looking stylish

One of the big names in French rugby descends on Headingley this Sunday - the mighty Stade Francais. Normally to be found in the Heineken Cup but after last year's poor finish find themselves in the Amlin Challenge Cup. Leeds, in recent years has played well against French teams Toulouse and Perpignan but it is known that the French do not travel well.
Stade is a team that made the Heineken Cup final a few seasons ago. However do not forget that it was Leeds who knocked them out in 2005/6. Stade have started well this season, beating Crociati Rugby 57-6. The team is packed with stars - the likes of Matthieu Basteraud and Lionel Beaxis from the French national team and Sergio Parisse from Italy. Sunday will be a homecoming, of course, for someone we all will recognise - Tom Palmer in the second row is a player who gave his all for Leeds on a regular basis but was often overlooked by England. Since he moved to Paris he has been on great form, not only for Stade but also for England.
This game will be a great test for Leeds and if we perform well that momentum could be taken forward into the Aviva Premiership. So a chance to play the biggest and most flash team in Europe could get Leeds going and may produce a classic match.
From a personal point of view I cannot wait and I will enjoy the game for what it is. I hope Stade wear something bright. I certainly will be! Now where did I put that Stade shirt after it was last washed?

Others say that he's doing the same to the Carnegie flag,
All we know is that he's called Leeds carnegie signed flag.
