In the Exeter XXIII there are 8 players who are either Academy or first year ex-academy pros but equally some pretty seasoned pros: Low, Holmes, Welch, Salvi.
You have a substantial edge in the half backs although our youngsters are very promising.
I think that the Leicester bench is a lot stronger and feel that we will need a healthy lead by 50 minutes if we are going to beat you.

Maybe 4 or 5 starters would make a starting XV if the squad were fit. And another 3 on the bench. So 15 second, third or fourth choice.

A good mix of experience and youth-seeking-an-opportunity-to-shine in that lineup.

Looks a good side and a good mix. Is Veainu injured again? A place on the bench for some I would have thought valuable game time would not be unreasonable.

If we play the first half the way we did at WR, a healthy lead is what you will have !
I shall be more peed off than the winner of the Mr Peed Off competition in Peed Off City, Peed Offshire, if we don't win this.

I'd have thought that it was too close to call on paper. I don't believe that either side has a preponderance of better players in the starting XVs (though I prefer your bench as I said above) and if you add in the fact that Tigers have been inconsistent for most of the season and Exe have been getting better I would expect a pretty close game.
The most indeterminable factor is how bad Foley will be and I don't think that even he knows what he is going to do on Sunday...

It won't be like 2012. If you remember, when we set off we were in, hats, hoods, gloves, fleeces, overcoats etc because it was snowing. By ko, we were all stripped off cos. there was a heat wave. Good luck everyone who is going, see you there.
