Tierney looks to be joining Tigers

Further fuel has been added to the rumour that Tom Tierney will be amongst Tigers' new signings with the announcement on Munster Rugby's web site that Leicester expressed an interest in him and he has been over to Leicester.

Garryowen are poised to lose their scrum-half, although they have not yet been informed officially of any move. If the rumours are true we are likely to find out sooner rather than later as Tigers' preseason training begins today - Monday 8th July.
