Wasps hammer Sarries

London Wasps showed no mercy to a dismal Saracens side as they took maximum points from an easy 42-3 victory at Vicarage Road. Tries from Fraser Waters, Craig Dowd, Ian Clarke and a Brace from Tom Voyce gave the reigning champions a bonus point to take them to fourth in the Zurich Premiership table.
Saracens' only points of the day came from a first-half Andy Goode penalty as the visitors completely outplayed their hosts.
Wasps coach Warren Gatland was pleased with his sides efforts, particuarly the performances of scrum half Peter Richards and fullback Voyce.
Gatland's Saracens counterpart Rod Kafer was most disappointed with his side's display saying that it was the worst one he had seen since he took over in the summer.
Saracens take on Rotherham Titans next week in a game that has "relegation decider" written all over it. Should Rotherham take it they could haul themselves to within three points of the Men in Black, but if Sarries win the day, then the outlook for last season's Division 1 champions looks very bleak indeed.
