Fantasy League Week 14

A good result against Quins together with Matt Stevens and Borthers making a welcome return and having not (as yet) been stolen by England, is just what the Bath faithful were looking for. Wuss are still battling but currently to no avail, only Saints looking like giving them any hope of reprieve.

Glawster have Briz in their sights with a strong recent run.  Let's see how this affected the standings in the fantasy league.
 
Dorset Boy's baby son Finn has leap-frogged Gussie in to 2nd place, he must be a natural!  Congratulations go to Lee Bideaux and Al Fresco both managing to attain the most league points in the last round.  And a pat on the back to Alibev and especially Gareth who is currently being shown how to play the game by his son (no more pocket money for him methinks).
 
This week Ryan Lamb was the highest scoring player of the week managing a "full house" in Gloucester's demolition of Sale.  On the other Sean Hohneck made the kind of debut he'd rather forget by coming on as a sub and subsequently being binned.
 
The transfer window is open again, this time to cover absences during the Six Nations that will take you up and including to round 19.  The current player pool is given below and has been updated to include recent recruits.  Take time to review your team and replace any of those absent on international duty for the next 6 weeks.

Transfer Window

The usual rules apply namely:

1. You may make up to 5 substitutions.
2. Your resulting team must still have 3 players from each of Bath, Bristol, Gloucester, Northampton, and Worcester.
3. You can't have two players from the same team playing in any of the paired positions: Props, Locks, Flankers, Centres, or Wings.
4. Players can only be chosen in the positions under which they are listed.  (I know Olly has played full back recently but you won't find him there in the player pool!)
5. Having made your subs, you may change which player is your nominated kicker.
6. The deadline for transfers/substitutions is the 17th of February 2007(before Wuss kick-off).
