Harlequins are the best advertisement for relegation in rugby. Ever since their demotion, they've rebuilt and slowly, solidly are becoming an excellent team, on and off the pitch. The signing of Nick Evans will give them probably the most exciting back line in the Premiership on paper and they have a great back row. Question marks remain about their tight five, and they'll suffer when England call Care. Strettle won't be far away either.

Premiership: I'd expect further consolidation from Quins this year, and intelligent tight-five recruitment next year. Prediction: 6th.

Europe: No easy games and I think they'll struggle to get out of the group. Prediction: HC Group.
