Stats Part One

Now the season has finished it's time to reflect back on what happened and often a good way is to look at some statistics. In this story I'm focusing on how many games we won in each half and whether winning or losing at half time continued through to full time.

For these purposes I'm concentrating on the Guinness Premiership. The red boxes in the chart show where we lost a half (first or second) and the green boxes show where we won.

Of the 22 games, Bath won just 6 first halves and 9 games overall. Of the 9 games won, we were losing 5 of them at half time. Of the 6 games we were winning at half time we then went on to lose just 1 of them. Four of our wins came away from home and (perhaps most worrying) we lost 4 and drew 1 home games.
