With the departure of Prost, OrangeArrows are the only team left that have not turned a wheel in pre-season testing. Added to that is the continuing tension surrounding the future of Jos Verstappen and whether he will be replaced by Frentzen. Arrows look ready to begin tests, but without Verstappen.
According to several news sources, OrangeArrows are now ready to run one of the new Arrows A23-Cosworth chassis and Enrique Bernoldi is scheduled to complete a shakedown run towards the end of this week. The venue for the run has not been disclosed, but it is thought to be at a British circuit.
After this, the car is then due to be flown out to Valencia for the team to start a test programme at the Spanish circuit. Depressingly, Jos Verstappen's name is not mentioned as a pilot for either test in any of the news reports available to this site.
More news when we get it.
