Has Frentzen given up on Arrows ?

According to raceplanet.net, Heinz-Harald Frentzen's management has given up on it's negotiations with OrangeArrows because of disagreements between the two parties of the terms of Frentzen's race contract. If true this is surely good news for Jos fans !

An article on the news site, timed at 19:08 states that talks were cancelled today because of contractual issues and an uneasy feeling in the Frentzen camp over the high demands of the Arrows team.
Apparently there was also concern raised about Frentzen's financial security bearing in mind that he was not demanding a salary from Arrows, with his income instead coming from a legal battle with former employer Jordan. It would seem that Frentzen's signing would require some kind of 'pay off' in order to release Jos Verstappen from his 2002 Arrows contract which was confirmed by the team in June 2001. Verstappen's management have always consistently denied that this would happen.

Frentzen's management are now thought to be concentrating on the impending legal battle for lost earnings with Jordan, from which Frentzen was sacked in 2001. "When this problem is solved, Heinz-Harald will wait and see," his manager was quoted as saying.

More speculation, or at last a real ray of hope ?
