Tuscany GP: Williams Racing Grand Prix Preview
By Williams Racing
September 9 2020
In what is the final race of a triple header the Williams Racing Team moves to the Tuscan region of Italy for the 2020 Tuscany GP. It is the first time that Formula One will race at this circuit. The circuit is noteable for sweeping turns and elevation changes as well as an 800m long straight. It is expected that this circuit should be one that favours the FW43. Both team drivers George Russell and Nicholas Latifi have had limited experience of this track and it was quite some time ago. But after been so close to scoring the first points of the season in Italy the team is hopeful of securing a good result.

It's an epic track. MotoGP etc. has been there and it's always my favourite. Going to be fantastic to run a GP there. Proper old school track.

Is it a more dangerous track for F1 cars compared to other tracks on the calendar?

Possibly. Huge run off into turn one but they'll be pulling huge G in the following turns.

So will it suit a high drag car that doesn’t handle very well with a big powerful motor in the back with a decent driver in the front? :-)

They might as well turn FP1 back to a 1 hour session because no one does anything for the first 20 minutes.
Waste of time.
