Driven by Words: Fan created Gulf Williams Racing Livery
By Williams Racing
July 3 2025
Fans around the world are invited to help create an iconic one-of-a-kind livery for Atlassian Williams Racing under a campaign announced today with partner Gulf Oil International at a special event in London. Celebrating the passion and emotion that fuels racing at the pinnacle of motorsport, fans are being asked to submit the words that best capture what Williams and Gulf mean to them. These messages of support, pride and love will be woven into a unique design fusing bold typography with the instantly recognisable Gulf colours that will transform the FW47 driven by Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz at this year’s Brazilian Grand Prix in November.

The Gulf partnership has been disappointing IMO.
Except for 23/24 where they had set so Gulf inspired liveries at specific races h I don't see that much engagement & don't recall Gulf being that much more than just another decal on the car
