Good hires on paper. Great job JV!
Chief Optimisation and Planning Officer... The Factory Whisperer. Makes me chuckle a bit. The "we won't be late or overweight again" officer. Thynne was surely looking for a bigger challenge than winning championships at McLaren...
Anyways. Good job. Great job, even. Getting good people also means that the whispers coming from Grove are positive. Word gets around.

Great hires, impressive list. I wonder how our new chief operations officer kruise, from sauber feels about this hire? Snatching the coo from mclaren and giving them a made up title as we already have one?
To be fair, kruise joined in September, we didn't start the build any sooner than normal, we ran out of time and we still don't know our exact manufacturing capacity to this day so, I'm all for it. Good stuff. Do we still need kruise?

Throwing money at the problem is a proven solution in F1. The more the merrier I think.
