Welcome to the first Formula 1 grand prix of 2009 – in Australia! The venue is Albert Park, in the heart of the city. On this 5.3-kilometre high-speed circuit fierce outbraking manoeuvres occur just metres after the start in the Jones Chicane. A key spot that can determine the course of the race.
