Webber - 4th fastest lap in France

Webber managed to get 4th fastest lap, faster than 1 ferrari, both Williams drivers and one Renault! the time was just 0.6 seconds of the fastest lap, set by Michael Schumacher.

Makes one wonder what would have happened with a shorter first stint, like those that finished ahead of him.
