I have to wonder what all "the other stuff" is that you expect to be discussed during Any Other Business, and why it could possibly be deemed more urgent than the club taking the opportunity to answer the questions that I would have thought most fans are asking like:

Does the board actually have a strategy for going forward, and who decides what that strategy should be?

What has happened to the money raised form the sale of players last August?

How much did the sacking of Solbakken and his team cost the club?

Why does our club find it so hard to recruit decent players?

I'd expand Cheshire's question re Solbakken sacking to include appointing Saunders & co....plus buying off Milijas,Zubar & Mouyokolo

Presupposing the club still has any fans by 27th February - most of us want to know why we have avoided strengthening the squad before allowing players to leave. God knows we haven't got much talent left, but the failure to buy before you sell always will leave a vacuum. Please don't be fobbed off with "we've not got the money" because then the next question will be "where has it all gone?"

Oh - and the myth of 40 players needs explaining.

Sorry, I didn't mean that it was more important. What I meant was that I can guarantee that sort of stuff will be raised anyway. There's no way Jez and whoever is there can have a meeting with 30+ Wolves fans and those points not being raised.

So, what I was asking for is anything in addition to what will already make up probably 99% of the meeting

What lessons have the Board learned from recent decisions, namely:
* the sacking of MM without a defined strategy or apparent advanced analysis on his replacement;
* the eventual appointment of TC, thereby condemning us to a toothless relegation;
* the subsequent appointment of a foreign coach with zero managerial experience in English leagues, let alone one of the toughest non-top flight leagues on the planet, and lacking of any cultural understanding;
* the somewhat knee-jerk appointment of DS - or was this one more thought out and an analysed plan b to Stale?

Does the Board accept responsibility, not only for the plight that we now find ourselves in (facing a potential double relegation) but also the reputational damage this has caused, resulting in making it even more difficult to attract suitable players to the club in order to move us onwards and upwards.

Whilst recognising the financial stability that has been employed since the Chairman's appointment as owner, does the Board now recognise the potential perils of underestimating the required balance between short term and long term strategy, namely the decision to plough on with the trusted squad that almost witnessed us getting relegated vs. the squad that did see us relegated and the one that now sees us struggling to demonstrate any semblance of cohession?

In hindsight, would a greater level of foresight and investment, similar to that which was promised when the Chairman took control of the club, have not only secured our ongoing position in the EPL, but also protected the future of the club's finances, rather than threaten it, as it now does - with dwindling attendances and seemingly likely lower take up of season tickets.

1/ Why did you blatantly lie to the supporters in the summer when you said we were financially sound and didn't need to sell. Then after selling £25m worth of players why are you continuing to cut the wage bill?

2/ Jez Moxey has been here for 13 years and is one of the highest paid CEO's in the country. In footballing terms we are no better off now than when he arrived and in comparison to other better performing CEO's who earn half as much, is he value for money? Surely if you are cutting costs, a grossly overpaid and under performing CEO should be top of the list of people to get rid of?

3/ The contract management of players has been a absolute shambles. How has Dave Edwards, a injury prone player who has contributed next to nothing in his time at the club managed to be here for 5 years and still have 18 months left on his contract? While a player like Ebanks-Blake who has contributed greatly over the years and is by far a more valuable player, only has 6 months left on his contract after they signed for the club at the exact same time.

4/ You are often praised for the money you received for Akinbiyi, Camara, Fletcher & Jarvis but would you not agree that your inability to get any money at all for players like Zubar and Milijas who both had a decent amount of time left on their contracts proves that you are not the master negotiator people make you out to be.

5/ To Steve Morgan. You obviously have no interest in spending any of your own money on the club, which is fair enough, but would it not be best to now actively start to find a buyer and let someone else have a go at making us into a successful football team as opposed to just being part of your well run business empire. You obviously have a great passion for business and making money, but this football, 99% of fans take no satisfaction from the fact we are in the black. The majority of us lead stressful lives and football is a release from that, think about the 20,000 fans instead of yourself. If you don't intent to put money into the club then please sell up.

6/ Jez, isn't it about time you did the honourable thing and resigned?

I think it's hard to think of alternatives to the critical questions represented above.

More general questions or a scattershot approach just lets them off the hook. Are you allowed to stay focused on a few key issues ask follow-up questions to the answers you get instead?

Whilst you will probably get the old commercially sensitive I would be interested to know

1 Wages policy -without naming names -what sort of reduction are we talking about , does it apply to all the players equally and does it affect any employees.

2. Now we have football league financial fair play is the owner running the club to break even each year or would he be prepared to go into the red up to the limits set by Ffp (which I think is £5 mill this season) or

3. Would the club be prepared to exceed the 5 mill to get up even if it meant we would have to pay a promotion fine.


4. Has the club estimated the annual cost of the relegation under the current prem sky tv contract

We know we were in an extremely stable financial position in summer 2012 because you told us and we didn't need to sell our best players, however you have recently advised Deano that we need to trim the '40' man squad (of whom 15/16 are youth players). All fans have observed the poor state of the squad for 18 months or more, especially the senior players, but when exactly did you notice how bad the finances were to reverse your good news statement of last summer and instruct the manager to sell? This is a dramatic turn around for a CEO who promotes and prides himself on financial stability.

Or alternatively - where's the money gone and are there any circumstances where you would consider tendering your resignation?

1) You said initially when we won promotion in 2009 that we "wouldn't do an Albion". In hindsight, do you wish we had done an Albion and pushed towards the top half of the Premier League in our second and third seasons by investing correctly in both our playing and backroom staff (i.e. Hodgson in November resulting in safely staying up and Dan Ashworth as technical director, signing Long instead of Doyle for less money, etc.)

2) Your lack of transfer activity in this window has vindicated a lot of fans who said you wouldn't spend and that Solbakken's sacking and Saunders' appointment were perfect timing for an excuse to not spend on players. Please convince us otherwise.

3) Your focus on building over footballing matters put very clear doubts in our minds that you have Wolves at heart. You were sold this club for £10 by a man who did have this club at heart, on the proviso that you would invest £30million. This £30million seems to have been invested in building projects that will increase the value of the club upon sale. Again, please convince us otherwise and prove where this money has gone and where the £30million has been invested, as this club has been run in the black/in profit on average for your whole ownership, and yet we need to sell players to seemingly stay afloat.

4) If you cannot convince us as above, please state your intentions upon sale of the club. Are you going to do the honourable thing as Sir Jack did and sell for nominal fee or will you sell for full value and as much as possible to potentially poor owner? In which case again explain reasoning.

5) How will you re-engage the disillusioned 10,000+ supporters to come back to Molineux? This surely must tell you that the fans aren't happy and aren't willing to contribute money without results and proper playing side investment? You are looking at potentially the lowest season ticket take up in recent history (possibly sub 10,000) if you don't sort this out.

6) If, as it seems, you are so disinterested in the football side of this club, would you be open to fans takeover? And if you felt you weren't the right person to take Wolves forward, would you come to some sort of agreement that a fans consortium/fans club-style takeover would get first refusal on the purchase of the club and would be given beneficial price on the purchase? For example, if Wolves fans managed to come up with a substantial sum of money to invest in the club (between £20million-£40million), would you be willing to hand the club over at no profit?

7) Would you accept, having had 3 decent managers over the last 12 months and no change in fortunes on the pitch, that this is directly related to lack of investment in the playing side and not actually a reflection of the ability of the managers involved? Convince us otherwise.

Why are the fans treated like shite , club shop clothing shite , food shite and far too expensive.

I do appreciate the time factor etc and how the chair will control matters - it would be good to consider generating an agenda dedicated to this subject matter and blog content or an agenda principally set by fans through reps such as yourself. It would interesting to know exactly what the Wolves strategy actually is? Wolves FC that is, forget the Compton Building site etc!

3. What strategies are currently in place to move the club forward as all we've done in the last 12 months is go backwards quickly
- Is there a regret in not investing more in the Premier League? The £2m profit that could have been spent on a player...
- How do we envisage the club moving away from the difficulties that we currently have? Fans unhappy, players underperforming

No doubt I've missed a few things, but there should be 30+ people sending suggestions, so hopefully everything will be covered
