There was only 19 players to play for Wolves during the first season of the Football League. Only two of those, Harry Allen and Richard Baugh managed to play in all 28 League and cup fixtures. Harry Wood was the clubs Top Scorer with 14 goals. Jack Baynton who played in some FA Cup games at Half Back reverted to Goalkeeper.
