Wolves travel to the Emirates stadium today in an effort to stop their run of losing games
Nuno Espirito Santo faces a daunting challenge today taking his team to the Emirates to face Arsenal who are unbeaten in twelve games. Wolves will be hoping to stop their run of three consecutive losses in order to consolidate their position just outside the Premier League top ten. Nuno will undoubtedly be concerned that his team have not scored in open play since the win at Crystal Palace, and have conceded six goals in the last three matches. However he maintains that Wolves will not change their approach to games. Diogo Jota is reportedly fit to play today, and it remains to be seen how big a role in the game Morgan Gibbs-White has following his widely praised substitute appearance against Spurs.
The team is unchanged from last week's starting line-up:
Patricio, Bennett, Coady Boly, Doherty, Neves, Moutinho, Jonny, Costa, Jimenez, Cavaleiro
Subs: Ruddy, Dendoncker, Vinagre, Saiss, Gibbs-White, Traore, Jota

Wolves start confidently with usual line up. Nuno knows Emerai fro their time coaching in Spain, so they have an added challenge today.

Good play by Cav down the left, but his cross goes over Raul.
Another worry for me is that our ref today is Stuart Atwell who cost us the game here in McCarthy's time when he wrongly sent Milijas off!

Coady is once again in command at the back, well supported by the rest of the defence, Jonny have largely negated the threat from Bellerin down the right wing. All to play for for another 45 minutes.

Ready to go again Arsenal replace Iwobi with Gengdouzi (or something like that!!). No changes for Wolves. Arsenal didn't have an attempt on target in first half

Jota being prepared, not sure who he should replace as our front three have played really well. Arsenal have their first shot on target from a corner & Rui deals with it.

Arsenal really are out of sorts with some of their play. 22 minutes to go and Wolves still lead by one goal to nil, and look very confident in their play

Doc down with blood round his right eye & needing treatment on the pitch.

It’s late, just got home.
That was a superb day and outstanding game of football!
Gutted we didn’t win. Defended so well for long periods and the chances towards the end beggar belief how we didn’t get the 3 points!
