Both Raul Jimenez and Ruben Neves may have concerns before tonight's match at the Emirates stadium. Raul suffered the horrendous head injury in last season's fixture, and Ruben is walking a tightrope having picked up nine yellow cards - more than any other PL player - already this season.
As we know Raul has recovered superbly from his fractured skull and tonight's visit will surely help him put it to bed for now. Ruben on the other hand knows that one more yellow card will mean a two match ban at a time when the team are aiming for a top four place, and the Arsenal fans will surely show him a hard time following his comments about their team's celebrations after winning at Molineux!! Both players maintain the full support of coach Bruno Lage as they prepare for this game.
Bruno once again has a full squad to choose from for this match, with Pedro Neto, Jonny and Hee Chan Hwang probably starting again on the bench. Tomiyasu may also make his return from injury for Arsenal.
The game will be screened by Amazon Prime and will kick off at 19:45 hrs. Our referee will be the hugely experienced Martin Atkinson with John Brooks on VAR Duties.
This board will post regular updates for those unable to otherwise follow the game, and members are encouraged to post their observations and join in the conversation.

Big match! Big performance required, tonight and Sunday. Good luck to the lads this evening. Something to bring a bit cheer I hope.

Arsenal 2 Wolves 1
FT - sucker punch, so disappointing. We missed a couple of chances early on, Arsenal clearly applying all the meaningful pressure in the second half.
Gutting result

Arsenal 2 Wolves 1
That match, unfortunately, is football. A final 10 minutes when the first goal created all the additional spur and pressure that Arsenal could muster. I thought when Sa made that last gasp save, that was it, we’d survived, seconds later it was in the net. A cruel goal to concede, for me, we deserved a draw, at least in my eyes, and doubly cruel on Sa whose hand ultimately turned the ball in the net - not that he could have done much about it.
As an attacking force, in the 2nd 45 we couldn’t manage the chances that we created in the first half and Arsenal dominated the ball. Our defence performed extremely well overall, and perhaps Raul will rue the big change he had to make it 2-0 early on. I do!! In that 2nd 45, the only real chance was the Neto chance which was actually deflected (but no corner given). Also, that moment when Coady was through on goal, White inexplicably falls to the ground and Atkinson whistles for a free kick.
A very good match, gutting result, we have to now move on to another very important match v West Ham.
Good effort lads, we just fell short tonight.
UTW!
