WOLVES Manager Dave Jones has blasted the Molineux boo boys following last night's 2-2 draw with Preston North End. An abysmal first half was turned around in the second as Wolves earned a point against the ten men from Preston.

WOLVES Manager Dave Jones has blasted the Molineux boo boys following last night's 2-2 draw with Preston North End. An abysmal first half was turned around in the second as Wolves earned a point against the ten men from Preston.
A section of the Molineux crowd booed the players in the early stages of the first home game of the season, after another abysmal first half of Football.
Wolves found themselves two goals down after just 15 minutes. Wolves 'Keeper Paul Jones first flapped at two crosses on the fourth minute mark before the Linesman correctly ruled that Lucketti's shot had cross the line.
Eleven minutes later and Wolves trailed by two goals. A corner from the right was played short to Healy who, whilst unmarked, lashed his shot past Jones' at the near post to send Preston into a clear lead.
Preston's Etuhu was sent off on 37 minutes for pushing Miller in the face, but as the half time whistle blew, the Molineux boo boys were out in force. "The last thing you want to hear is your own fans booing you," Dave Jones told WOW. "That does nothing for a player's confidence."
Wolves took the game to Preston in the second half and only several great saves from Lonergan in the Preston goal delayed Wolves comeback.
On 76 minutes however, Wolves youngster Leon Clarke fired Wolves back in the game after converting Cameron's cross high into the net, before a superb run by Shaun Newton was latched on to by Kenny Miller who fired a stunning first time shot into the net via the crossbar.
Wolves had a chance to win the game at the end, but Lonergan again pulled off a tremendous stop from Olofinjana.
Wolves still need to improve, and rapidly, but at least the lads from Molineux have a point on the board.
