THE TIDE appears to be turning and so does our luck. First today it was confirmed that Wolves would have a new £3M training complex built in time for next season, secondly Wolves win a game against Plymouth they probably didn't deserve too. Much Better!

Injuries are starting to clear-up and suddenly things start to look so much brighter. After not winning an away game for over 15 months and without a win to our name all season, Wolves take six points from two away games in a week and all things gold are starting to look rosy.
Wolves now have just four players in the treatment room and, whilst performances of late haven't been great, seven points from the last three games, including two away games, is nothing short of a brilliant return.
However this game could have been so different had it not have been for two substitutions, despite neither of the substitutions finishing the game in a bizarre final quarter to the match.
Plymouth could and, to be fair, should have got the point they deserved from this game, but now is not a time for pleasantries, so when Dean Sturridge, who entered the field in the 68th minute, scored the winner, the delight on Dave Jones' face was understandable.
Dave Jones put on Dean Sturridge and Kevin Cooper for the injured Kenny Miller and Seol on the 68th minute and seven minutes later Wolves cancelled out Friio's 61st minute opener.
Kevin Cooper jinxed his way into the box before being upended with referee R Beeby pointing to the spot. Having missed an incredible five of the last seven penalties it came as a huge relief when Carl Cort smashed the ball home from the spot.
From the restart Wolves were reduced to ten men as Kevin Cooper, who had just come on as a sub, was sent packing for a late challenge on Plymouth full-back Hodges. The tackle was late and Hodges was taken to Hospital, but all who know Kevin Cooper knows he's not a malicious player and all concerned with Wolves hopes Hodges' injury is not too serious.
With just five minutes remaining, Dean Sturridge hit a sweet strike past the Plymouth 'keeper from the edge of the area via the inside of the post. Sturridge, who also came on at the same time as Cooper then had to be replaced by Keith Andrews after tweaking a hamstring minutes after the goal.
Plymouth could have drawn level in the last minute when they struck a post, but at last Wolves head in the right direction and the assault for an automatic return to the Premiership is well underway.
