Message Board Rules

FORUM RULES:

Welcome to the "Rules" section of The Molineux Way, the Wolves message board in association with wolvesfc.co.uk.

We have set some rules for users to abide by, people not sticking to the rules will be given a warning and could later be banned under the three strike rule (see below).

The message board is here for Wolves talk and is aimed at everyone. From the younger generation of Wolves fans to our bitter rivals. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must stick to the rules.

Rule 1: Accurate description of post.

If you are starting a new post please ensure that the title of the post is descriptive and in relation to the topic of the post. Many people do not read every post on the forum, they just like to read what they believe to be relevant to them. Also ensure that your description is not too long. Make it short, three or four words is more than enough.

Rule 2: No text-speak.

Please take time to ensure your post doesn't contain "text speak". The abbreviation of words into "text-speak" puts other users off.

Rule 3: Don't type in capitals.

Please do not type your posts in capitals. Words typed in capitals shouldn't appear either in a post or in the title of the post.

Rule 4: Rule it off-topic.

This is a Wolves message board, for Wolves talk. However we do allow "off-topic" conversations to take place. If you are starting a thread which is not Wolves related please put "OT:" prior to the title of the topic. E.G "OT: Dream Team"

Rule 5: Make it neat.

Set your post out in a way which makes it easy for people to use. Use correct grammar and punctuation, type in paragraphs etc...

Rule 6: Your Avatar.

We allow Avatars (Pictures on your post) but please ensure these are small. Large images slow the message board down.

Rule 7: Don't use bad language.

The message board has a swear filter, but please don't put it into overdrive. Nobody knows who reads these message boards. Keep your posts clean!

Rule 8: Personal abuse.

Personal abuse of any type, be it racially or sexually is not tolerated. You will be banned.

The three strike rule

If users break any of rule numbers 1-7 they will be given a warning followed by a strike. You are entitled to three strikes before you are banned. The only exception to this rule is if rule 8 is broken. Racial, personal or sexual abuse is not tolerated under any circumstances and you will be banned form wolvesfc.co.uk and your username and IP address will be banned from the whole of Sportnetwork. Your details may also be passed on to the relevant authorities.

Please take these rules on board. They are here for the good of the message board and will attract more users. Users who do not stick to the rules will be given a warning, then banned.
