Mixed Reaction From Fans As Miller Header North

WOLVES Striker Kenny Miller today promised he will fight for the Wolves cause after signing a pre-contract agreement with Celtic. Wolves fans have very mixed views...

The speculation regarding Wolves Striker Kenny Miller today came to an end with the news that the Scottish International had signed a pre-contract agreement with SPL Giants Celtic.

The deal means that Wolves will not receive a single penny for the 24 year old and it also means that Miller will have to play on at Molineux knowing he will not be part of next years squad.

Fans have had mixed views on the matter. Some, including boss Glenn Hoddle, believe Miller will put in extra effort in a bid to show Celtic officials what they have signed whilst some fans believe Miller will not give 100% with the worry of injury and a spoilt start to his Celtic career hanging over his head.

"Im sorry, he may be one of our better players but loyalty matters to me! Pack your bags and get lost!" One user said on our Message Board.

Meanwhile some fans had a different view. "This guy has moved to Scotland down to personal reasons. He has always given 100% to us and done the business. He has until May now to continue his good work which I am confident he will do." user WWFC said.

But what does Miller himself say? In todays press conference he committed the next few months to Wolves, saying "I've always tried not to let things affect my performance. I've played 150 games for Wolves and always given my all. I was here when we got relegated and I want to play a part in putting that right."
