Cameron Rejects Deal And Leaves Wolves

WOLVES Midfielder Colin Cameron has rejected Wolves final offer of a new contract and will leave Molineux. Coventry City look set to snap up the former Scotland International on a free.

Colin Cameron's agent has tonight confirmed that Colin Cameron has rejected the "final" offer from Wolves meaning the former Scottish International will leave Molineux when his contract expires in June.

It now looks like Cameron will move to Coventry City as wolvesfc.co.uk exclusively revealed last week. Camerons agent claims Micky Adams has offered Cameron a two year deal rather than the one year deal Wolves were offering.

Speaking to Sky Sports News Jim McArthur said "Colin's turned down Wolves' offer, it seems like he'll be leaving as it's their final offer."

"I've spoken to Coventry and they've offered a two-year deal, Colin is interested as it's a good contract." added McArthur.

Cameron's future at Wolves looked finished a month prior to the end of the season following Glenn Hoddle's decision to send the fans favourite on loan to bottom of the table club Millwall.

However after some good performances for The Lions Cameron was brought back to Molineux where he played every remaining game. Cameron was sent off in the final league game at Norwich City for two yellow cards and that looks set to be his final act in a Wolves shirt.
