Cardiff City will hope to beat Bristol City in a league game for the first time in over 30 years when the two clubs meet at Ninian Park.

Bristol City come to Ninian Park full of confidence and with history on their side, the Bluebirds have not beaten them in a league game since 1971.

The Robins are playing good football, and unlike City are into the next round of the LDV having beaten Wycombe at Ashton Crate ( sorry Gate ) on Wednesday.

Srtict policing is in force with the 500 or so Bristol fans being brought in by coach directly to the away supporters turnstiles.

The Sky cameras will be present to see the clash and the possible league debut of Chinese international Fan Zhiyi who performed better than most in City's defeat at Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
