Cwmbran Town 0-2 Cardiff City Youth

A young City side kicked off their pre-season preparations in style with a 2-0 victory over Welsh Premier League outfit Cwmbran Town at Cwmbran Stadium.

A second half brace from Jonathan Gift was enough to secure a City victory, after a goalless opening period.

It was a very pleasing performance from the youth side, against a full strength Cwmbran Town team, who are currently preparing for their Uefa Cup campaign.
