Julian Gray Joins City on Loan
The Bluebirds have snapped up out-of-favour Crystal Palace midfielder Julian Gray on a one-month loan deal.

The 24-year-old has been out of action for the London club in recent weeks following a well-publicised spat with chairman Simon Jordan, and could come to Ninian Park hoping for a permanent move in the future.

Gray can play on either the left or centre of the midfield. His pace has proved an important part of his game, and he delivers a decent cross.

Lennie Lawrence has brought in Lewisham-born Gray to City to ease the suspension crisis facing the Bluebirds for their trip to Coventry this Saturday. Graham Kavanagh, Andy Campbell and Willie Boland are all banned for the trip to Highfield Road, meaning City will be missing their usual centre midfield pair.

Gray is expected to be named amongst the substitutes for Tuesday's visit to Sunderland  and is almost certain to start on Saturday against the Sky Blues.

Welcome to Ninian Park!
