Goalkeeper, Martyn Margetson has joined Cardiff City in a short-term trial deal. Margetson was a regular in the Huddersfield Town side last season.

Former Welsh under-21 international, Martyn Margetson has joined the Bluebirds in a trial deal.

Margetson was a regular in the Huddersfield side last season, but has now left the McAlpine after rejecting a contract offer from the Terriers.

Lennie Lawrence seems very keen to have a new reserve 'keeper, and Maretson could be the perfect signing.

The 30 year old has previously played for Man City, Bristol Rovers, Bolton, Luton and Southend.
