Former Cardiff City star, Nathan Blake will make an emotional return to Ninian Park tonight, as the Bluebirds face Wolves in their first home friendly of the season. Both sides are expected to field a strong line-up.

Nathan Blake will return to Ninian Park tonight for the first time since 1994, to face the Bluebirds in a pre-season friendly.

Blake is considered by many Cardiff fans as one of City's best players of the 90's. He made his mark, after a great season when the Bluebirds did the double in 1993, winning both the League Championship and Welsh Cup. Many City fans will also remember him for his memorable goal against Manchester City, when Cardiff went on to beat the Premiership side.

Undoubtedly, he earns the "One to Watch" status tonight!

Lennie Lawrence is expected to name his strongest line-up today, and Captain Kavanagh will lead out the Bluebirds after recovering from a slight knee injury, although both Jason Bowen and Mark Bonner will miss tonight's match through injury.

Wolves are also expected to name a strong line-up tonight, which is likely to include new signing, Dennis Irwin. The European Cup winner joined Wolves on a free transfer, after leaving Manchester United.

Tickets are still available for tonight's match, and are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for children.
